The Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM) is the postgraduate degree with the greatest international recognition and prestige. Its purpose is to teach based on a new perspective on projects, accepted and recognized internationally, guided by a global and integrative vision of business management thanks to the in-depth treatment and study of the different business areas. It is a program taught based on the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI) ® and the reference of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK®*1 Guide) - Seventh Edition of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®*2, to manage projects through process groups.

This program is a comprehensive and specialized proposal designed to train highly competent professionals in project management. Our focus is on providing students with a strong foundation in leadership and organizational change management, combined with an in-depth understanding of agile and traditional project management methodologies. Throughout the program, participants will gain knowledge in key areas such as quality management, establishing an efficient Project Management Office (PMO), the strategic use of Microsoft Project for planning and control, as well as effective risk management. The final project in Project Management is the culminating course of the Project Management program. It gives students the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout their studies to a real-world project scenario. Students will work individually or in teams to plan, execute, and monitor a project from inception to completion. Emphasis will be placed on integrating project management theories, critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
